§ 1 General

Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) will only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law. The following regulations inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data. This data protection declaration refers only to our web pages. If you are forwarded to other pages via links on our pages, please inform yourself there about the respective handling of your data.

§ 2 Automatic data collection

For technical reasons, the following data, among others, which your Internet browser transmits to us, is collected:

- operating system used

- Website from which you visit us (referrer URL)

- Website that you visit

- date and time of your access

- Your Internet Protocol (IP) address.

This anonymous data is stored separately from any personal data you may have provided and thus does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a specific person. They are evaluated for statistical purposes in order to be able to optimize our Internet presence and our offers. After evaluation, this data is deleted.

§ 3 Inventory data

(1) Your personal data, insofar as they are necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will be used exclusively for the execution of the contract. For example, in order to deliver the goods, your name and address must be passed on to the goods supplier. Without your express consent or without legal basis, your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties outside the contract.

(2) By order of the competent authorities, we may in individual cases provide information about inventory data, insofar as this is necessary for the purposes of law enforcement, to avert danger by the police authorities of the states, to fulfill the statutory duties of the federal and state authorities for the protection of the constitution, the Federal Intelligence Service or the Military Counter-Intelligence Service or to enforce intellectual property rights.

§ 4 Usage data

(1) Your personal data, which is required to enable and bill the use of our services (usage data), is used to process the contract. Usage data includes, in particular, the characteristics for your identification, information about the beginning and end as well as the scope of the respective use and information about the teleservices used by you. Usage data for billing purposes (so-called billing data) may be transferred to other providers or third parties, insofar as this is necessary for billing purposes with the user. After full settlement of our claim for payment, this usage and billing data will be deleted. Deletion shall be replaced by blocking, insofar as deletion conflicts with legal, statutory or contractual retention periods.

(2) In addition, we will use such usage data for the purpose of advertising, market research or for the demand-oriented design of our offers to create usage profiles when using pseudonyms. You are entitled to object to this type of use of your usage data. These usage profiles will not be merged with your personal data.

(3) By order of the competent authorities, we may provide information on usage data in individual cases, insofar as this is necessary for the purposes of criminal prosecution, to avert danger by the police authorities of the federal states, to fulfill the statutory tasks of the federal and state authorities for the protection of the constitution, the Federal Intelligence Service or the Military Counter-Intelligence Service, or to enforce intellectual property rights.

§ 5 Information about cookies

(1) So-called cookies are used to recognize multiple use of an offer by the same user. Cookies are small text files that your Internet browser stores on your computer. When you visit our site again, these cookies provide information to automatically recognize you. This recognition is based on your IP address stored in the cookies. The information obtained in this way is used to optimize our offers and to provide you with easier access to our site.

(2) You can prevent cookies from being stored on your hard drive by selecting "do not accept cookies" in your browser settings. However, this may result in a functional restriction of our offers.

§6 Google Maps

This site uses the map service Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission. If Google Maps is activated, Google may use Google Fonts for the purpose of uniform display of fonts. At Google Maps, your browser loads the necessary web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and display fonts correctly.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and an easy location of the places indicated by us on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.
